Am feeling better as the day has gone on. Just have this uncomfortable tight chest and wheezing going on but doing better than yesterday.
Saw consultant and other than a few tweaks we are leaving things as they are. We had a bit of a disagreement about my theophylline but we shall just wait and see.
My brain feels a bit scrambled. I think it is lack of sleep and ventolin and pain killers. I am taking my strong painkillers today as I have alot of chest pain and they make me dopey!!!!

I am a nurse and passionate about all sports but due to brittle asthma I find myself on the sidelines more and more often. I use my experience with Brittle Asthma to raise awareness about asthma and how change needs to be made. I volunteer as a PPI lead for the Asthma UK Applied Research Centre who aim to reduce asthma deaths, reduce hospital admissions due to asthma and encourage good asthma control. I try not let asthma stop me. This is my life with asthma charting the highs and lows and different experiences due to having brittle asthma. It has shaped me as a person and dictated what I do in life but I won't let it stop me.
