ICUsteps Webinar- Being a Younger Person in Intensive Care

The Last month I wrote about my experience of taking part in a webinar of ICUsteps (a charity which runs peer support groups for people who have experienced intensive care along with their families and friends).

I really enjoyed sharing my experience of being a young person in intensive care. I am now able to share the webinar as it has been uploaded to YouTube. If anyone who reads my blog or sees this post and has experience of intensive care please reach out to me if you are struggling to process your experience. Peer support is crucial to help each other work through our experiences. Please feel free to drop me a message or find my on social media. I am more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

If anyone does have any questions or concerns please reach out. I am more than happy to chat to anyone who has been in ICU and struggling as we can all help each other and learn coping strategies that others have employed to help them get over the trauma of being admitted to ICU.
